With Day Meeting Package, we have your tech needs covered, including a projector and screen package, wireless standard internet access connection for your group, 3 power strips with extension cords and connection, and 1 flip chart package with Post-It Pad, easel, and assorted markers.

From Valet to Venue—We've Got You Covered

As part of your Day Meeting Package, we’ll also provide complimentary valet parking for all meeting attendees, a dedicated conference service or catering manager, up to 300 complimentary B/W copies, storage of up to 5 standard boxes of materials, waived event fee, and complimentary general session meeting room.
