Classic rooms and Junior Suites are located on floors 3-7 and face west, offering views of Houston’s Energy Corridor.
Deluxe rooms and Junior Suites are located on floors 3-10 and face east, offering views of downtown and CityCentre.
Premium rooms are located on floors 8-10 and offer both east and west-facing views.

The Meeting and Event Center (MEC) is located on Level 1 of the CITYCENTRE One parking garage and can be accessed via the skybridge from the hotel lobby (Level 2).
The pool is located on Level 2 (Lobby Level) overlooking the CITYCENTRE Green.
The hotel fitness center is located on Level 3. For a more comprehensive gym experience, Hotel Moran guests can access the facilities at Lifetime Fitness just steps away from the hotel, with day passes for only $10/day.
The hotel lobby is located on Level 2 and can be accessed from the exterior near the valet stand. The guest elevator bank is situated in the same area. Access is also available via the skybridge from the parking garage.
The guest elevators are key card-controlled for your safety. Please make sure to have your room key with you to access any floors above the lobby level.
Breakfast is served daily at Café Moran, located on the lobby level, Level 2.

We offer complimentary hotel transfer services within a 5-mile radius of the hotel.

Self-parking is available in the attached CITCYCENTRE One parking garage. Levels 3 and 4 offer complimentary parking for hotel guests. Access to the hotel is located on Level 3 via the Skybridge, found in the Southeast corner of the garage.
Valet service is also offered at the hotel’s main entrance for your ease and comfort. Simply arrive at the front drive, where our dedicated valet team will be pleased to assist you. Overnight valet parking is $45 per night, exclusive of tax, and includes in-and-out privileges throughout your stay.
Life Time Fitness is just a short 3–5 minute walk from the hotel.
Exit The Moran through the main entrance onto Sorella Court, then turn left toward Town & Country Boulevard. Cross the street and enter the open-air CityCentre plaza. You’ll pass shops such as Lululemon and Free People as you walk toward the central fountain. Life Time Fitness will be just ahead on the right at 815 Town & Country Blvd.
The Moran Hotel does not offer a shuttle service, but we partner with Excelsior Transportation for private transfers to and from both Houston airports—George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) and William P.
