Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.

The minimum age for check-in is 21. Valid identification will be required.

A credit or debit card is required to check-in. Cash may only be used to pay for your stay upon your departure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Classic rooms and Junior Suites are located on floors 3-7 and face west, offering views of Houston’s Energy Corridor.

Deluxe rooms and Junior Suites are located on floors 3-10 and face east, offering views of downtown and CityCentre.

Premium rooms are located on floors 8-10 and offer both east and west-facing views.

Connecting rooms:

• Each floor has only 1 King room that connects to a Double room
• Every Junior Suite connects to a Double room

Floors 11 and 12 feature residential condominiums which are only available for stays of 30 nights or more. Average monthly prices vary but begin at:
1-bedroom 1,068 sq ft 1bed 1 bath, $6,500/month
2-bedroom 1,694 sq ft 2 bed 2 bath, $8,500/month
3-bedroom 3,190 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath, $15,000/month

The Meeting and Event Center (MEC) is located on Level 1 of the CITYCENTRE One parking garage and can be accessed via the skybridge from the hotel lobby (Level 2).

The pool is located on Level 2 (Lobby Level) overlooking the CITYCENTRE Green

The hotel fitness center is located on Level 3. For a more comprehensive gym experience, Hotel Moran guests can access the facilities at Lifetime Fitness just steps away from the hotel, with day passes for only $10/day.

The hotel lobby is located on Level 2 and can be accessed from the exterior via the grand staircase in the glass box right by the valet stand. The guest elevator bank is located in the same area. Access is also available via the skybridge from the parking garage.

The guest elevators are key card-controlled for your safety. Please make sure to have your room key with you to access any floors above the lobby level.

Breakfast is served daily in Radio Milano, located on the lobby level, Level 2.

We do not, however you can book transportation through our partner Excelsior Transportation.

Self-Parking is available in the attached CITCYCENTRE One parking garage. Levels 3 and 4 offer complimentary parking for hotel guests. Access to the hotel is located on Level 3 via the Skybridge, found in the Southeast corner of the garage.
